7 Days Return & Exchange Policy

NextMamas believes in making online shopping a phenomenal experience centred around you, so you can enjoy complete satisfaction along with the impeccable level of service.
What is it?
Though you won’t ever need it, our 7-Days Exchange and Return Warranty provides you with complete peace of mind. You have 7 days, that’s 168 hours, to check your product for any unlikely issues.
You Can Apply for Return or Exchange of Item within 7-Days of the date after receiving our orders.
7 Days Return & Exchange Policy Explained:

  • You can exchange size, or exchange one of our product to another product within 7 days. If product is faulty or any mistake on our side then we will bear the shipping cost as well. Otherwise customer has to bear the shipping fee.
  • We will provide you an exchange code of amount of your order (+/- shipping fee as per above) that could be used on our store valid upto 12 months.
  • If the product is faulty, the customer will ship the product back to us on we will repair if we can not repair then you will get NEW PRODUCT, we will bear the shipping cost.
  • If you are not satisfied with the product, or changed you mind regarding the product, you can return in to back to us, we will issue you a original product price exchange code (customer will bear the shipping cost) which you can use to buy any product on our store, valid upto 12 months. However, if you are not willing for the exchange code and want a refund, we would charge 30% amount + Shipping for our packing and services, moreover, customer will bear shipping cost.
  • Product that are damaged physically by the customer is not included in Warranty or Return Policy. If we received a product broken in courier or drop in, that is not already known to us, we will discard the product or send it the product back to you if you pay us the shipping cost.

  • While shipping back to us, its customer responsibility to securely pack the product so it wont break while delivering, if this happen we don't take any responsibility the customer can take their case to the courier company the chose.

  • By placing an order on our website you already consent to all our policies including Return & Exchange policy.
No tolerance to abusive behaviour or threats like negative reviews or fake negative social media campaigns, we will try our best to accommodate you but we stand by our policies. We have trust of thousands of customers who appreciate our product and have trust in NextMamas.

    HOW TO RETURN/ EXCHANGE NEXTMAMAS PRODUCTS?

    STEP 1:

    Download our Return and Exchange Form:

    STEP 2:

    Fill out the form along with the name and size of the product with which you want to exchange.
    (SEE ABOVE FOR OUE EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY)

    STEP 3:

    Repack the Unused and Undamaged Product in original packing with all original documents, accessories and printed form.
    While shipping back to us, its customer responsibility to securely pack the product so it wont break while delivering, if this happen we don't take any responsibility the customer can take their case to the courier company the chose.

    STEP 4:

    Send it back to our warehouse through the courier of your choice.

    After inspection and approval our Quality team would contact you regarding further process.

    Order Cancellation

    All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid, and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
