1) Is NextMamas Care Community free?

Yes — it’s FREE to join right now.

You can ask questions in the group and receive guidance within 12–24 hours (typical response time).

A Premium group subscription with a lot more features and quick response time may be introduced in future.

2) Where to start?

  2. Ask your question in the group (pregnancy, postpartum, baby care)
  3. We reply with practical guidance, red flags, and next steps within 12–24 hours

3) Do you reply privately in the free community?

No. To keep it fair and manageable, we answer questions inside the group only (no private 1:1 replies).

If you need privacy or more detailed support, please use the Consultation option (or premium subscription coming in future).

4) Is this an emergency service?

No. This is not for emergencies.

If you or your baby has severe symptoms or you’re worried, seek urgent medical care immediately (hospital/ER/urgent clinic).

Examples of urgent red flags include:

  • Heavy bleeding, severe abdominal pain, fainting
  • Breathing difficulty, blue lips, seizures
  • Baby very drowsy/unresponsive, persistent vomiting, dehydration, very high fever

5) What is the Premium Group and what will it include?

Premium is not live yet, but we plan to introduce a Premium group in future for members who want priority support.
